Oak & Stone Development was founded in 2018 by Skye McMichael and Shane Melbo. We are a "Full-Service Owner's Representative Firm" specializing in project management whose objective is to deliver on the vision of your project and complete it utilizing effective, transparent business and construction practices.
We provide the primary management, communication, and coordination of projects for the owner throughout each project phase from Regulatory mitigation, project programming, design, funding, construction, reporting, to completion.
